The Coaches with the Mostest
Organizations that have engaged the Kashbox Coaching corporate coaching program report more consistent attainment of business and personal goals, more effective strategic planning (professional and personal), and a greater degree of commitment and personal responsibility among the members of their leadership teams.
Companies that have not engaged Kashbox Coaching or similar programs almost always report unnecessary turnover and the accompanying higher costs of recruiting leaders.
The coaching experience is beneficial to executive and team members who want to develop enduring attitudes and habits that augment their knowledge and skills. It allows each individual to work toward being the best they can be, which in turn allows the organization to become the best it can be.
